Hourly Rates for Onsite and In-Shop Work*
Standard Hours – by appt., 1st come/1st serve
- Remote Support (M-Th 10:00AM-5:00PM) – $150/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.
- In-Shop (M-Th 10:00AM-5:00PM) – $150/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.
- Onsite (Tu-Th 10:00AM-5:00PM) – $180/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.
Rush Rates – same business day appt., priority service
- Remote Support – $240/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.
- In-Shop – $240/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.
- Onsite – $300/Hr, 1/2 Hr incr., 1 Hr min.

Invoicing
Approved customers may be invoiced. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise noted. Invoices that are 30 days old will receive a second notice invoice and incur a $20 late fee. Invoices that are 60 days old will receive a third notice invoice and will incur an additional $20 late fee. Invoices older than 90 days may be sold to a collection agency.
