For computers that do not have a recovery partition or computers that have a damaged or missing recovery partition, this service will install Windows on a functioning computer. For OEM computers that are not Windows 8 and later a legible product key will need to be present to activate the Windows license. For custom built computers, a legible product key is required for any operating system installed. This service includes installing missing drivers in the device manager. This service will remove all programs, data, and settings on the computer.
