Remote Support is by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. Click Remote Support Portal to access. Once in the remote support portal, a code will be given to the client. The client will then be prompted to save a file. After the file has been saved, the file will then need to be run.
Remote support is recommended for:
- Quick Fixes
- Changing Settings
- Browser or Email help
Remote Support is not recommended for:
- Anything hands-on
- Any hardware issue
- The computer not booting or loading Windows
- Troubleshooting slowness or crashing
- Data Transfer or Recovery
- Any lengthy repair
